Hard-rock precious-metals mining opportunity

EMX is opening a hard-rock precious-metals mining project to investors. The project is built on a privately owned patented mining claim in the United States, in a historic mining district known for major gold and silver production. The name and location are shared only with qualified investors.

The property

  • Patented claim, private land. A patented claim is owned outright: both the surface and the minerals are private property, not a permit to work on federal land. That means more control, simpler permitting and no annual federal claim fees.
  • About 160 acres of mountain ground.
  • Existing workings. An existing adit (a horizontal mine tunnel) partway up the slope, with old tailings at the surface from earlier mining.
  • World-class district. The claim sits in a volcanic district whose rocks are the same types that host large gold and silver deposits nearby.

Why now

Gold and silver prices are near historic highs, and new mapping, geochemical and remote-sensing tools make it faster and cheaper to find where the metal is before any digging starts. Our own analysis of known US gold and silver producers shows their geology closely matches the setting of this claim.

The plan

  • Phase 1: confirm. Title and survey records, detailed mapping, sampling of the adit and tailings, and assays.
  • Phase 2: define. Geophysics and drilling to outline the ore body and estimate the resource.
  • Phase 3: decide. Permitting and a mine plan, a joint venture with an operator, or a sale of the proven project.

Who we are looking for

  • Investors for the exploration and drilling phases
  • Mining companies and operators interested in a joint venture
  • Geologists, drilling contractors and assay laboratories
