Legal, documented, defensible
Country of origin is decided by where a product is substantially transformed, not where it was last packed. Simply relabelling or repacking Chinese goods does not change their origin, and US Customs penalises transshipment. Our route is built to hold up:
- Real manufacturing. Genuine assembly or production that changes the product, done in our Southeast Asian facilities.
- Origin checked first. We review each product against US origin rules and can request a binding ruling from US Customs before you ship.
- Full records. Bills of materials, production records and supplier documents kept for every shipment.
