Ways to start
- US assembly. Ship components, assemble in the US. The lowest-cost first step for many products.
- Foreign-Trade Zone. Produce inside a US Foreign-Trade Zone to defer or reduce duty on imported components.
- Full US factory. A complete production line under your brand, run by EMX or by your own team.
- Contract manufacturing. We place your product with an existing US manufacturer while your own plant is built.
Every plan starts with a duty and cost comparison: what your product costs landed from China today, and what it costs made in the US. We also check country-of-origin rules and any federal or state rules on foreign ownership, so the structure holds up.
